At YOU, you can feel safe talking to a trained and internationally experienced BSc Psychology professional and therapist.
Trained to assist both individuals and couples using different practices based on the principles of Behaviorism Therapy. Some of the techniques used include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), PCT (Person-Centered Therapy), and mindfulness.
