Hello, I’m Camilla.

I am a qualified Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through meaningful psychological change. YOU is my private practice — thoughtfully created as a discreet, calming space where you can slow down, reflect, and be truly heard.


I hold a BSc in Psychology and I am a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I offer in-person and online sessions, providing flexibility without compromising depth or quality of care.


My work is grounded in the belief that therapy is not simply about easing symptoms, but about cultivating a life that feels deeply aligned, purposeful, and authentic.
